Here's our proposed schedule:
This timeline begins upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. A 50% Deposit is required at onset of the contract, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

1.
Payment structure: 50% Deposit upon kickoff and 50% Final Payment after completion. Payment via bank transfer or online invoice.
2.
Resources needed for the development, such as fonts, stock photos, web hosting, subscriptions, and icons, are not included in the prices above. Those will be paid by the client, and the rights to use them shall be theirs.
3.
The maximum number of revisions per screen is 3.
4.
Additional work for components that arise during the project will be charged at a rate of $125 per hour (e.g. beyond the number of flows defined in the Scope of Work or revisions defined in these terms).
5.
New components that are not described in the scope of work will be stated in a new estimate.
6.
Business day count starts only after the client provides all resources requested. The milestones might extend based on your feedback time.
7.
Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to the design.
8.
In case of project cancellation after the work has started, the client will pay for the relative part of the work.
